Running! I am trying so hard to get back into it. My husband even got me a treadmill a couple of months ago. So, after I made dinner tonight- I had some time and decided to take a run. I was able to run 2 1/2 miles and walk 1/2 mile. I was excited! But for me- something that makes all the difference is music. Music totally motivates me. I have tried running while watching SportsCenter or The Office- and it's fine, but it's not quite the same. But, it can't be just ANY music- totally depends on my mood. So, tonight, my running playlist was:

And it was perfect!! I think I'll sleep well tonight!

So glad you had a great run! I didn't know you got a treadmill :) Now I can use it when I come to visit :)
I could not agree with you more! I signed up for the Indy mini marathon again and need to remember this to help keep me motivated!
