Ode to the Colts:

From the very first kick, to that very last throw
We've supported you all the way.
We cheered when you won, and cried when you lost
On that horrible November day.

Hopeful awaiting, Marvin's return,
but quickly he fumbled and fell.
Alas it's the tale of a season that's through,
And mine is a sad one to tell.

Here we are dreading, Dungy's farewell
to a land of far warmer fare.
Will the team be the same and regroup to reclaim
Their title from Patriot care?

Although ending much differently than we would like
We can with confidence say:
"Colts, we are proud of your coach and your team,
And look forward to opening day!"
